We are seeking a qualified Project Coordinator who can promote the interest of Vierra Fine Homes and build with superior quality, on time and on budget. Our Project Coordinators represent Vierra Fine Homes to homeowners and design teams in a professional, trustworthy manner that instills trust in our company. Duties and Responsibilities: -Work with the Project Manager to compile estimate quotes and takeoff -Work with the Project Manager to update schedules -Work with the General Superintendent to execute the 2 week look ahead to the clients -Manage selections and ordering finish material under the supervision of the Project Manager -Assist with cost projections and tracking -Track signed subcontracts and purchase orders -Manage document files in project management software -Assist with invoicing and insurance -Assist in weekly client meetings when necessary -Coordinate and manage inspections, Calgreen and T24 scheduling and paperwork -Perform other duties and responsibilities as required Requirements and Qualifications: -4-year degree in construction management or equivalent experience -2 years or more of experience -Must be extremely organized and able to manage your time efficiently -Able to assist with multiple projects simultaneously -Excellent verbal and written skills -Self-motivated and self-directed -Must have a positive attitude and be willing to follow direction -Proficient with: -Project Management software -MS Project or similar software -Microsoft Office, especially Excel We offer a competitive benefits package.
