Looking for a full-time Maintenance or Handyman person to join our team! Seeking Highly motivated, hard-working, physically fit, clean cut, reliable individual for immediate hire. Must be on time, respectful and highly dependable as well as take pride in your work. Hourly wage DOE. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Repairs including: general plumbing, carpentry and electrical • Painting on an as needed basis • Sweeping area walks, stairs and parking lot • Cleaning carpets as needed Ability to read, write and understand English is a plus. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays. We currently manage over 400 rental units; ranging from office, retail, industrial, hospitality and multi-family homes/apartments.
