Looking for a person for window cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor polishing, strip & waxing floors, ceramic floor strip & sealing. This is a physical job that requires working inside & outside, and in some cases there is heavy lifting. There is some repetitive hand and arm motion, as well as reaching above the shoulders, bending, and squatting. This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction • Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction • Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity Work Location: • Multiple locations for weekends & weekday evening work. Need to have valid drivers license and valid work papers. Compensation: Negotiable on work experience
