ANDOVER, MA — Over 60 percent of Andover residents are at least partially vaccinated, the state reported Thursday. Forty-three percent are fully vaccinated, including over half of residents over 19. The vaccination drive is matched by falling coronavirus case numbers. There are just 22 active cases as of Thursday, the town reported. Per state data, there were 73 cases over the last two weeks. The positive test rate over that time was 2.4 percent, down from 3.2 percent in last week's report.
