WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Clara Torres, 14, who has been missing from West Haven since April 29, according to police. Torres has black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, light blue jeans and a backpack.
