Calling all foodies, hippies, tree huggers, hikers and folks cheffin at home!
Help us kickoff the Memphis Mushroom Festival in high def with a day of live Chef demonstrations and tastings from our outdoor studio kitchen.
We're so excited to showcase these gifts of nature in an assortment of mushroom-centric bites with craft cocktails, local brews and a flurry of culinary activities.
This Chef's Tasting will include local favorite Chefs Ben Smith (Tsunami), Kunal Jadhav (Cooking for a Cause), Russell Casey (Bounty), Brown Burch (Private Executive Chef), Nick Scott (Salt/Soy) and Kathleen Barth (901 Thyme Catering) will be creating special dishes featuring your favorite fungi and maybe some you've never tried.
Chef Kunal will be grilling his special assortment of kabobs, and we'll have plating and festive demos throughout the party.
Studio 8 will be here to help us document this grand affair to create some promo footage for the festival and get some Mid-South opinions about all things outdoors, cooking, natural and shroomy.
