Job Description The production Associate helps to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and detail painting along a production line. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: We are specifically looking for someone who has good painting experience using pneumatic spray guns, like the ones used in an auto body shop.We manufacturer displays, we are not an auto body shop. So the job can be much more exciting with much more growth for the right applicant.Because not all displays that we manufacture, require painting, we are looking for someone who is versatile and a team player. Someone who will work well in other areas of production, when painting is not being done. Job description, Essential Duties and Responsibilities are subject to change at any time. Qualifications and Requirements: Punctual and good attendance.Able to complete Quality, Safety trainingAble to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work environmentAbility to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.Motivated, Self Starter with a great attitude.Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated.Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
