NORWALK, CT — A city resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Friday, Michael Cerniello won $100,000 playing a "CASH5" game. The winning ticket was purchased from East Avenue Citgo Inc in Norwalk.
