Job Description A property development company that builds new residential homes, apartment complexes and high-end town homes. We currently need a skilled laborer/maintenance person to assist our new construction site supervisor on a large project as well as some warranty repair and general maintenance. This position REQUIRES the following skills and experience: *Construction site cleanup *Painting *Minor framing *Light landscaping *Interior & exterior home repairs *Appliance Repairs *Detail oriented and self-motivated with integrity and a strong work ethic Our ideal candidate must have strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Must also be able to exhibit excellent customer service skills to work professionally with both subcontractors and clients/homeowners. Must be able to work individually with minimal supervision. This position can be physically demanding so you must also be comfortable lifting, occasional heights and occasionally in confined spaces. MUST ALSO HAVE OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE. Compensation is dependent on qualifications and experience. We offer medical & life insurance benefits, paid holidays, and sick pay after 60-day orientation period.
