5 Star Appliance Repair is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team!

This role is a key element in the customer journey. The position requires you to work as a part of a team, responsible for delivering friendly and informative support through phone, online conferencing and emails.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Build trusted customer relationships through open communication
- Making sure that issues our customers face with are solved in a proper and timely manner
- Building and promoting a positive customer service image
- Clarifying and register complaints and find the best solutions to solve them
- Support our customers for home comfort needs in Appliance Repair
- Supporting colleagues in the team, providing professional back-ups, sharing information and know-how
What we expect from you:
- Customer Support experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Familiarity with Google Chrome and GSuite is a must
You must have good skills in active listening, grammar, spelling, and typing speed
