Handyman work needed on 2 rental units

Looking for some handyman help for a couple of properties in Salisbury. One unit needs a new board put under the kitchen sink to replace one that has water damage. If you can help this Saturday (5/8) all the better. The other unit needs some screens replaced and some adjustments made to the door seal. These are older houses, so there will be more than this in the future too.
