Each survey is no more than five questions. While the City gathers community feedback during its biennial survey, FlashVote is a more nimble platform that allows residents to participate via text, email, or voice. Results come back in 48 hours.Residents must register to participate in the surveys - the City plans six this year - but results provided to users and the City are anonymous.
