INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN— A Saint Paul motorcyclist was killed in a crash Thursday evening in Inver Grove Heights, off of Highway 3 and 82nd Street East, Minnesota State Patrol said. Kou Yang, 31, was driving north on Highway 3 when he lost control on a curve just after 7 p.m., officials said. He was thrown from his motorcycle and hit a road sign, officials said.
