Press release from City of Tulsa: May 5, 2021 During pothole repairs today, traffic is limited to only southbound on South Harvard Avenue near the off ramp from eastbound Interstate 44. Harvard is closed directly north of the offramp from eastbound I-44. These lane closures will be in effect until 5 p.m. today. If the work is not completed this afternoon, the road closure will be repeated tomorrow until the work is completed. This press release was produced by the City of Tulsa.
