HVAC Pro to replace 2.5 ton R-22 outdoor unit w/good used unit

Hello- have a nordyne/kelvinator 2.5 ton AC outdoor unit that needs replacing. looking for a 2.5 ton R-22 outdoor unit in good working condition to replace failing outdoor unit (compressor going bad) installed - with some sort of short term guarantee. Rental house we may not have that long so really just looking for 1-2 seasons of use. Or you could just sell me the outdoor unit with some level of assurance it'll work when installed - professionally by my Tech. We can document proper install. Thanks for any thoughts. Maybe you are an hvac tech on the side with access to working units that have just been upgraded but still have some life in them. Other possibilities- sell me a used 17" 3 ton coil to use with an existing carrier 3 ton outdoor unit I have in storage that will work (air handler blower has the capacity). sell me a 2.5 ton R 410 outdoor unit and matching 17" coil - installed or for my tech to install.
