James, 30, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol on April 26.Sandra Lopez, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher as well as improper lane usage. She was arrested on April 25. FAILURE TO APPEAR Stephanie M. Lofty, 33, is accused of two counts of violating bail or bond in connection with a warrant, summons, or subpoena and was arrested on April 29.Pedro Mendieta-Juarez, 45, is accused of violating bail or bond in connection with a warrant, summons, or subpoena and was arrested on April 23.
