Description

Hello! I am a master’s student in the Social Justice and Inquiry program in the School of Social Transformation at Arizona State University. As part of completing my degree, I am conducting a study on the every-day experiences of food-delivery gig-workers who work for one or more of the following platforms: Uber, GrubHub, DoorDash, and Instacart. The aim of the project is to understand how food-delivery gig-workers are navigating working conditions in the 21st century, and to what extent workers are attempting to change these conditions. The interview will consist of a 30 min – 60 min conversation over zoom with drivers 18 years and older. You may be asked to conduct a follow-up interview, if necessary. A $20 Visa Gift Card will be issued for your voluntary participation. If you are interested or have any questions, please reply to this posting with a good contact email and/or phone number that you can be reached at. Thank you!
