For very talented funk/soul singers/musicians

Looking for talented players/singers/writers who have experience in and are very good at playing and singing funk and soul music. What kind of bands are going to be getting booked ALL over town- and the country -after the pandemic? FUN bands.... because people are DYING to have fun and fun makes em drink enough to keep the club owners happy. Looking to put together what would start out as an Undisputed Truth/Motown era funk cover band that gradually starts to introduce new songs in this style that are created by the members into the set - and release on bandcamp for sale..... then streaming and hope sign to major publishers and get a big label deal and become the next Funkadelic! I'm the manager/organizer sort - yes I have experience with bands that have had success- and my friend the very talented keyboardist/engineer is in. But what we need is someone who can play guitar like Eddie Hazel, someone who can play the bass like Bootsy Collins and someone who can play the drums like Clyde Stubblefield. We are also going to need at least one amazing male and female singer- probably two female singers eventually- who can nail the sound you hear below. And because we think that this is the kind of project that needs to write original songs to have a long term and successful career- which is what we are aiming for - we want not just singers but lyricists and top liners who like the idea of being in funnest funkiest and hopefully most successful bands in the country. The band is an everyone gets paid equally from shows merch record sales business model. The songwriting belongs to the writer. Because that is how publishing works and it really isn't fair to ask someone to give away 80% ownership of a song they wrote- or 80% of their half of the publishing- to the band. That de-incentivizes good writers from joining and without good writers this wont get as big as it could get.
