Hello,
We are seeking a Handy Person to support our food distribution business and indoor agriculture endeavors.
We are salt-of-the-earth friendly working folk. We would love to have a reliable, easy-going person, with a great independent work ethic.
Hours are part time at 20-25 to start with a begging schedule of Mon-Fri 10-2p.m. or 1-5p.m. optional.
From there we can determine the needs at our facility together and adjust days and hour accordingly.
A typical day would include, a routine of janitorial related tasks in the warehouse, for delivery trucks, and special projects like drain cleaning.
Each day will have a special list to Maintenance tasks that pop up, so the following experience is needed:
Proven experience as Handy Person
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
Basic math skills.
Good communication ability.
Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
Attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
