I need a bit of help with yard work

I could use some help with some old jobs and yard work. Weeding, spraying, mulching, removing/replacing old plants. Maybe a little sanding/painting of exterior windows. I'm not certain but probably no more than 40 hours of work total to be done over several weekends. I'll pay up to $20/hour if you demonstrate if you're good, maybe a bonus, but let's discuss. I'm ideally looking for a neighbor high school or college lad that would like to make a few extra bucks working for a few hours on a Saturday or Sunday (other days possible). I'm looking for soon as I'd like to get all this done by early June.
