Hello, I rent out the upstairs rooms and the downstairs apartment in my farmhouse. I’m in search of a handyman who is able to evaluate a maintenance problem and come up with a creative solution while I am out of town this winter. Wage could be hourly or by the job and would depend on your range of abilities. I also will have an open room later this summer and am willing to negotiate housing as partial payment.
