Need to be able to run a drum sander, use an edger, and clean up well. Wood floors are ready to be sanded. You would need to sand evenly and prepare floors to be ready to polyurathane. We'd provide equipment; drum sander, different grit drum belts, edger, sanding discs, corner scraper, and tack cloths. Payment in full will be quick after completion.
