Busy collection agency looking for a self motivated telephone collector. Good phone skills needed, experience preferred but willing to train the right individual. Great pay with commission and great benefits. Time management skills are necessary and must be able to multitask. Must be reliable and able to come to work on time. Good diction and speaking skills are also needed.
MUST be able to pass drug screen, employer performs drug tests on hire date and at random. Also, must have proof of COVID vaccine.
The hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 am-7 pm and Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. NO WEEKENDS... This position has opportunity for growth and the ability to increase your earning potential through commission, as well as your knowledge of debt collecting, that will benefit your future.
Starting pay is $11.50 an hour plus commission. Commission checks range from $400 tp $1000.00 per month. Employer offers medical insurance, 401 k, paid holidays, and vacation time.
