Requirements: Basic knowledge and ability to manage irrigation for large acreage sites as well as experience working with different types of controllers. Must possess a valid California driver’s license and must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities: Operates equipment in a safe manner Reads and implements irrigation plans as well as design field-fit systems Maintains a safe and professional work environment Reports safety hazards and injuries to Field Supervisor or Management Maintains and turns in accurate daily logs Ensures that equipment, supplies, tools are stocked, organized, properly maintained and proper working condition Reports damaged or faulty equipment to a supervisor immediately The irrigation technician reports directly to the Field Supervisor and/or Manager Our office hours are from 6:30am - 3:00pm.
