Newport Demolition Inc. is seeking a Demolition Foreman for projects located in the San Diego Area. Projects will typically run Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30PM with overtime when available. May start date. Job Responsibilities Include: Use of power tools (Grinder, Sawzall, Drills, Breaker Floor Strippers, Crow-Bars, Hammers) Commercial/Retail Demolition with focus in Tenant Improvement Supervision and management of laborers Safety meetings and maintain safety standards Site Clean Up Load tools and materials at beginning and end of job sites Reporting to Project Manager on progress of project Completing projects on time, safely, and within budget Requirements: 2-5+ years of Commercial Demolition/Construction experience Ability to lead a team and take instruction Capable of performing Demolition work Valid driver's license and Social Security Must have your own hand tools and reliable transportation
