Description
Are responsible for ensuring and maintaining guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are cleaned and organized at all times. Provide the highest quality of service to the guests. Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guests needs
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing rooms for the guest, such as cleaning, bed making and replenishing supplies to provide good quality of the room
Courteously and promptly responding to guest room requests
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Cleaning of public areas of the hotel
Report any room defects to supervisor or management
Maintain cart, linen or storage rooms organized and clean
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).
Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Employees must, at all times, be friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees.
Job Requirements (but not limited to)
Physical:
Working on flexible schedule, hours/days. You may be required to work nights, weekends, overnight and/or holidays.
Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching or must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
Prolonged periods of standing and or walking
