Job Description Morris O. Nelson & Sons Trucking is seeking a LUBE TECH to join our team. Openings (2): (1) Swing Shift and (1) Night Shift This position is responsible for: Performing minor component repair and all aspects of preventative maintenance on fleet of multi-axle, heavy haul truck and trailer equipment. Vehicle component lubrication and replacement Minor electrical system diagnosis and repairs (brake lights, trailer lights, etc) Perform basic vehicle diagnostics Qualifications: 1-2 years of heavy equipment experience preferred but will train right candidate High school diploma or equivalent - Vocational or Technical certification preferred Working knowledge in the use of hand tools required Demonstrated ability to learn, and grow in position Dependable attendance Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and /or move up to 25lbs frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
