Have you been to downtown Portland lately? Be sure to bring rubber gloves, rubbing alcohol, safety glasses and you already ware a mask. Don't step in a piles of human crap that sit on the sidewalks. Don't let you children play with syringes that cover the ground. Garbage piles destroying the environment. I am ashamed to say I'm a Portland native. I remember a safe, clean and vibrant downtown. Now I avoid going downtown as much as possible. It's a sad embarrassment that will only get worse. Get ready for big tax increases for the "affordable housing" scam. The nice folks in these camps don't want and will never live in a city built shack. They want to be free and do what they want. Get high, break into your car, steal you expensive bicycle and drop a turd on the sidewalk. Let me know what you think. Thanks
