Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in beautiful Irvine offices. Since 1982, we have led the way in Southern California, providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large scale onsite communities and master-planned community associations. We are currently in search of a PART TIME Facilities Monitor to add to our beautiful Community Association in Oceanside. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below. Summary: The Facility Monitor is responsible for overall primary kitchen clean-up, breakdown, and set-up of equipment. Position Type: Part Time Hours: Saturday and Sunday 5:30am-2:30pm Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Duties will include minor repairs to equipment for audiovisual, thermostats, kitchen equipment and plumbing problems as needed. • Responsible for the set-ups and break-downs of chairs, tables and other various types of equipment used in recreational programs both inside and outside the Clubhouse area. • Uses care in setting up of the A/V equipment (loudspeakers, microphones, T.V. sets, DVDNCR's, etc.). • Responsible for opening/closing of facilities, making of coffee, helping with special events and emptying of trash throughout the recreational areas. • Complete the daily check-off list as required. • Daily periodic checks of restrooms and all other facilities for cleanliness. • Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission and Vision. • Any additional job duties as required by supervisor. Qualification Requirements: • Must have a valid CA Driver’s License. • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive within the community. • Excellent customer service skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently • Comfortable with working independently • Knowledge of related safety practices • Ability to work a Flexible Schedule and may be required to work holidays. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal and written communication. Education and/or Experience: • 2 or more years of experience working in facilities • High School Diploma Dress Code: • Uniform shirt, appropriate work pants, close-toed shoes or boots.
