Hey there! I'm a father of three in my 30's looking to possibly get back into playing. I played in a metal band back in the early 2000's, but hung it up when we found out we were having our first. I have played in church pretty consistently since then, so I have kept my chops up. Looking to do mostly 90's/2000's rock - Incubus, Staind, Fall Out Boy, Coheed, Foo Fighters, with some 80's and stuff thrown in like Flock of Seagulls or The Cult. The main thing is that my kids come first. If you're one of those people that equate "kids come first" with "not serious", then we probably wouldn't fit well together. Would like to eventually start playing some family-friendly events/venues (Tempe Marketplace/Desert Ridge, etc, not dive bars or anything like that).
