Come join the South Point Apartments maintenance team as a maintenance technician for our 158 apartments and 10 houses. Requirements: Prior maintenance experience, dependable transportation, available for evening call-outs, HVAC A successful candidate will be required to: Responds to repair requests Perform repairs and maintenance Ensure adequate supplies, materials and equipment are maintained Have own tools and reliable transportation is a must Prepare estimates of time and materials required on assigned tasks Assists in new construction and renovation work.
