A commercial property management company is seeking an experienced PART-TIME property maintenance technician. Qualified candidate will provide support for several properties in PA and a few in MD. You will perform a variety of routine, preventive, scheduled and emergency maintenance repairs, as well as general upkeep at all managed properties. You will need to continuously monitor the property, and assess and report maintenance needs to the Property Manager. Job duties will include: 1-Work with the Property Manager to ensure all tenant and maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently. 2-Assess, repair and replace electrical--including bulbs, ballasts, & fixtures. 3-Asses, repair and replace plumbing--including fixtures. 4-This is a 10-16 hour week position. Full weeks of employment will be available seasonally, as needed. Job Requirements: 1--Experience with wells, septic tanks, pumps, treatment and maintenance preferred 2-General Carpentry skills required. A good working knowledge and ability to learn and trouble shoot problems. 3-Must have a positive customer service attitude, the ability to take direction, pay strong attention to detail, take pride in their work and have good communication skills. 4-Ability to work alone, and maintain good tenant relations while on site.
