“PAINT/RENOVATION SUBS NEEDED” We are an REO/Rehab general contractor searching for quality subcontractors to complete various jobs for our company. Including: - Foreclosures - SFRs – Single Family Rentals - Vacant Homes ***Qualified Contractors MUST HAVE $500K WORKERS COMPENSATION AND $1M GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE***. Our main need at this time is for general crews able to complete interior/exterior repaints along with basic repairs needed to bring homes to marketability and rentable. Jobs are at a rapid pace with pricing based on volume work. We are also looking for specialty subs such as: - Painters - Carpenters - Plumbers - Electricians - Roofers ***** ALL TRADES WELCOME***** Work will be around Youngstown and all surrounding areas.
