Wilson Real Estate Management is looking for a general laborer. A person in this position will: -Understand that General labor isnt always clean or pretty work. -Able to drive a pickup-truck and pull a large trailer (and able to back it up without hitting things) -Able to stand, squat, lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs often, 50 lbs occasionally, and over 50 lbs rarely. -Able to use basic power and lawn tools (lawn mower, weed whacker, basic hand tools) -Able to use an appliance dolly to haul fridges, stoves, and other appliances -Able to work efficiently in a solo and team environment -Effective communication is a big plus -Able to take instruction and follow directions (sometimes very specific directions) Please reply with a resume and a phone number to contact you at.
