Job Description We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to manage preventative maintenance and repairs in our warehouse facility. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running, upkeep, and repair operations. Technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as mechanical knowledge, preventative maintenance, packing line maintenance and repair, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting and repair, experience with airlines, pumps and presses, knowledge of ammonia-based and freon based cooling systems, etc. are desired. The goal is to keep facilities in a good and safe condition at all times. Responsibilities Inspect facilities to determine problems and necessary maintenance and / or repair. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules. Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians where and when needed. Hire and supervise tradespeople during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.). Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.). Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. Participate in coordination of projects. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. Skills Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role. Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.). Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations. Attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $49,836.00 per year
