PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: Los Angeles Property Management Company seeking full time immediate hire for a Beverly Hills adjacent luxury apartment community. Must have minimum 5 years maintenance experience. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Technician will be responsible for REPAIRING and MAINTAINING the 80-unit apartment community. Full time hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Will be on call for after-hours emergencies. Excellent compensation and benefits. Drug-free environment. All applicants will be subject to drug testing and background checks.
