We are a fast-growing real estate management company looking for a handyman/maintenance technician who is multi-skilled, organized, professional, and motivated, and most of all, reliable. Starting with part-time to a full-time schedule (approx. up to 30-40 hours/week) with opportunity for growth in company.
Requirements:
- Must be tech savvy. Ability to work by email and management software through computer and smartphone app.
- Communication skills - ability to get along with people and tenants.
- High School Diploma
- Must have minimum 1 year experience in general building maintenance and repairs.
- Must have reliable means of transportation.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must be tech savvy - ability to work effectively by email and through property management platform, AppFolio.
