Description

Perform an array of functions including, but not limited to receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, loading and unloading of delivery trucks and project bound company trucks. Essential duties and responsibilities • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; preparing shipment • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards • Maintains inventory controls by recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed and communicating this information to Inventory management. Assist in counting of physical inventory • Equipment maintenance and cleaning • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop, weekly warehouse restroom cleaning. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times • Wear the proper safety equipment • Forklift operator Qualification requirements • High School diploma or equivalent preferred • 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred • Good communication, organizational, time management • Dependable and Reliable • Inventory and Equipment maintenance • Licensed driver with Clean driving record • Minimum 18 years of age Physical demands and abilities • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance Location and Shifts • Base of operation is CA facility located at 2029 Opportunity Drive, Suite 3, Roseville CA 95678 • Occasional requirement to drive company vehicle to deliver supplies to job sites
