Experience is preferred, not required The laborer position performs tasks including climbing, carrying, digging, back filling, pulling telecommunication lines, setting vaults and cleaning sites. Use of entry level construction equipment and basic hand tools is essential. Position Requirements: • Must be able to communicate clearly with a team and follow direction from the site Foreman Bilingual preferred • Must be fast-paced minded and maintain consistent work output • Ability to work in extreme weather and temperature conditions • Must be able to climb, sit, bend, stoop, stand or walk for extended periods • Must be able to lift heavy and awkward loads up to 50 lbs • Must be comfortable working in tight spaces • Applicants must be able travel 50% of the time. *Per Diem and travel expenses provided by company • Must have clean driving record and able to pass a background check • Must be able to solve problems independently, using knowledge gained from increasing experience • Self-sufficient, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure of deadlines • Must be able to work as team member with people of differing backgrounds and experience level • Must comply with all company policies Starting pay: $17.50 Please reply to this post with resume or work history and contact information including email and phone number.
