Re I am a victim of "systemic racism"

"Reverse" systemic racism is alive and well in this country, it most certainly is not bullshit. Here's my story: 1996, myself and 2 of my friends decide to open a consulting business. 2 white guys and 1 hispanic. Our main targeted client (Texaco) flat out said they would not hire us unless we were a minority owned firm. So what happened? If we wanted to work we had to incorporate with the following stock distribution: white guy 24.5%, white guy 24.5%, hispanic guy 51%. Is that fair? Hell no!!! I'm still pissed about this and it was 25 years ago. Don't ever tell me this country isn't infected with a serious virus called reverse racism. You would never in a million years hear a major company tell a small business "sorry, we can't hire you unless you're white owned." The democrats (who I hold responsible for this injustice) would be apoplectic. One of the main reasons I will never vote for a democrat and will do everything I can until my last breath to bury the democrats and end their anti meritocracy philosophy. They are evil and need to be eliminated.
