Want to Fly the USA and US Navy Flags from my Pickup Truck

Hi, my name is Brian I’m in the Navy, prior service US Army, and I want to fly 3x5 US Navy and 3x5 American Flags from the bed of my pickup truck. I am soon to be a Honorably Discharged Veteran, am retiring after 12 years, and I want to show I love my country and proud to have been in the Navy and the Army! Kind of like in the picture shown, but the US Navy Flag on the left corner of the rear of the box and the US Flag on the right rear corner of the box. The truck is a 2014 Ford F-150 SuperCrew FX4. I don’t know where to even start, is the problem. What poles to get, how high max they should be, how to attach the flags etc. I googled some equipment online but I’m not a “handy” sort of guy, more of a Nerd type (I am a Crippie in the Navy) and I need someone to tell me what kind of flag poles and mounting stuff to buy and then to come over and weld/attach the stuff to my truck bed for my flags.
