Seeking an experienced maintenance technician to help us maintain that tradition of excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with apartment turnovers. They should also have strong carpentry and plumbing skills; some electrical knowledge a plus. Must have own tools, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Job Description: This is a Full-time floating position. The position includes apartment turnovers, maintenance calls, trash removal, snow removal. You will have shared responsibility for the emergency after-hours and weekend call rotation.
