ABOUT THIS POSITION: Richdale Apartments is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician in the Dallas/Addison area to join our maintenance team! Candidates will start as soon as possible. Our Maintenance Techs play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. WHY RICHDALE: • Guaranteed hourly rate • Career growth opportunities • Full benefits including Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance • Matching 401k Program • Discounted rate if you live with us • Access to pools and fitness centers MAINTENANCE TECH REQUIREMENTS: • 3-5 years relevant experience • HVAC certified (preferred) • Strong customer service orientation • Excellent interpersonal communication skills- will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors • Have an eye for detail • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment RESPONSIBILITIES: • Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment • Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately • Monday-Friday schedule with rotating on-call hours ABOUT RICHDALE MANAGEMENT: Richdale Apartments are a fifth-generation family-owned business and long-term owners, which means we build, buy, own, and manage our properties.
