Primarily performs general carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, suspended ceiling and masonry work, and other duties as assigned. This position requires practical, basic skill and knowledge of mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and electrical concepts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs general maintenance on buildings, equipment, and machinery. Uses plaster or drywall compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings Paints using rollers and brushes. Replace a verity of light fixtures Replaces electrical receptacles, switches and fixtures. Various plumbing related repairs and service, such as repair or replace sinks and toilets. Other duties as required by the company may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. COMPENSATION Depending on Experience however no experience is necessary, will train the right candidate.
