We will teach you everything you need to know. (Must be at least 18) Responsibilities and Activities: All work in conducted outside in all kinds of weather. Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. More depending on the project and what is needed. We do projects for the government so being able to pass a background check and a drug test is a must. This also means we do projects with Davis Bacon wages ☺ (if you do not know what these are you can call me and ask).
