We have a sanctuary that seats 350 at capacity and a Youth Center that can hold up to 600 people. However, since we’re in COVID compliance environment we’re recommending a seating capacity of 30%. Tenants would need to supply their own sound for the sanctuary and their own instruments. Organ is available at an additional cost in the sanctuary. Included in the rental for Sanctuary nursery, welcome room, reception area and 2 large bathrooms for men and women. The Oasis of Hope Youth Center rental includes auditorium, bathroom, pastor lounge and access to downstairs bathrooms and the building is ADA compliant.
