Are you a Highly motivated lead-carpenter with remodeling experience? Are you ready to shift into project management? We are looking to hire a high-energy, driven and self-motivated Project Manager to play a key role in our production process and in client communication for our residential remodeling project. The project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day construction activities at 3-4 jobsites including directing & managing company employees, sub-contractors, trades, vendors; estimating material quantities and pricing; communicating with clients on a daily basis; schedule and manage building inspections; maintain job-site schedule. The ideal candidate has lead carpentry experience in a remodeling environment; speaks English and Spanish; has communication and construction software literate a plus; and can read architectural plans.
