Class A CDL Driver Asphalt Paving contractor looking for a responsible Driver At least (2) years experience Pay Starting at $28-$30 DOE Insurance after 90 days Essential Duties: Ability to safely and professionally operate a Tandem Dump Truck in combination with a Flatbed Trailer. Operation of the equipment must be in accordance with the rules and/or regulations established by local, state and federal agencies. This may also include operating the equipment on off-road construction projects. Other Duties: • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Fuel vehicle • Work overtime, if necessary within legal guidelines • Secure and monitor equipment and loads • Maintain a clean truck and trailer Use hand tools as needed (i.e. shovel, broom, and hammer) • Mobilize & Demobilize to/from Jobs • Will be taking materials to recycle/dump yard • Pick up materials (Asphalt/Road Base) from various vendors Requirements: -Must have the knowledge and ability to safely operate and maintain the truck/trailer. -Must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
