this position requires this person to safely and properly perform general and complex repair to equipment as well as address clubhouse,pool,tennis and fitness facility operation tasks as needed. operate equipment such as a boom lift, extendable ladders, golf carts, power tools, etc. in conjunction with the repair of the multi-building facilities. perform repairs to the facility to ensure that the quality of the products being processing it in accordance with the company's guidelines for this position, as well as OSHA rules, regulation, and requirements for operation and safety. performs general handy-man type maintenance duties associate with the facility, perform carpentry work including drywall repair, painting, hang pictures, moves furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials are requested. ability to work in various temperatures, ability to work early hours, over time, weekends, and holydays, squatting stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment{pump, tools, ladders, }and ability to safely install rigging/lifting device. must prosses basic computer skills, ability to operate windows based software. well organized, responds effectively to all emergency maintenance requests. pay range $14.77-$17.00 no experience need it we training you..
