Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for keeping our properties in top-notch physical condition, inside and out. A typical busy day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs or learning how to fix a boiler or air conditioner, plus common area and exterior maintenance and repairs. Weekends are required as well as after-hours/on-call shifts. So, what will you do all day? • Maintain a great environment for residents through effective communication and follow-up • Perform apartment make-readies for future residents • Participate in emergency on-call schedule • Minor appliance and light electrical repairs • Perform light plumbing work • Paint apartment interiors and common areas • Perform basic carpentry work • Assist in custodial / grounds work as necessary Why RedPeak?
